- QAS Software can be moved from server to server or client machine to client machine
- Our recommended method for moving QAS products to a new machine involves installing a new instance and moving over all configuration settings

- Have you consistently seen results that are different than what you would expect?

- Issue not related to APIs, just QAS Pro Standalone or Client Server
- Most common causes:

- End users starting with cursor on the wrong line

- Changes to CRM/application Pro is pasting into

- End users using the wrong configuration

- Configuration change is required
- Make sure this is a universal issue. If the problem is limited to a handful of users, you likely do not need a configuration change.
