A little bit about me.A Seattle native, Tom Headlee joined Sotheby’s

after spending 14 years in the National Football League as a coach and scout with the Seattle

Seahawks and the Cleveland Browns. Tom applies the traits he honed working his way up the ranks in the NFL to his thriving career as a broker: hard

work, perseverance, a positive attitude, and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life.

“What I love about this job is that I get to use my past experiences to create relationships with

clients that lead to their real estate success in the beautiful Pacific Northwest,” he says.

Tom’s passion for working with people means he takes a very personal interest in and makes a strong commitment to his clients. They know

him to be a trusted advisor who is unfailingly approachable and knowledgeable about local

markets. He earns their trust by listening to their goals and working through each step in a buying

or selling transaction with care and discretion. Tom’s motto - “treat each situation as an

opportunity” - leads him to make the best choices on a client’s behalf, whether he’s negotiating a

better price or devising a smart marketing plan. A graduate of Washington State University and

a huge Cougar fan and supporter, Tom has been happily married to his high school sweetheart for

15 years. When he’s not at work he loves playing and watching sports, watching his kids play

soccer, reading, time outdoors, and being a great dad to his three beautiful daughters ages 11, 8

and 5.
