Tobacco Cessation Workshop Learn to Quit Learn to Quit is a FREE workshop designed for people who are ready to quit tobacco or may be thinking about quitting tobacco. At this workshop, participants will learn how to: • Overcome nicotine addiction • Manage cravings and triggers • Use medications to help reduce nicotine cravings • Develop a personalized quit plan Learn to Quit will be presented by the Penrose- St. Francis Tobacco Cessation Program.
