Completing the“Competent Communicator”

• Check if all the speeches have been evaluated and that the evaluator filled out the appropriate section.

• Annotate the 10 titles exactly the way you want to remember your speeches. Spelling, Capitalization, and Punctuation is important.

• Confirm your mailing address is correct in the manual.

• Fill out the employer section in the submission form if you want.

• Check the two “Advanced Manuals” in the form– if you are eligible

• Hand the form or email the details to the Vice President of Education to submit.

High Performance Leadership• This is a five-project plan devised by the member

• The member chooses three or more members as their “Guidance Committee” who offer periodic evaluation to the chosen tasks.

• There is no official* pre-requisite for this “award”

• District 8 (and other districts) will recognize this level if accomplished after Advanced Leader Bronze.

• Necessary as a prerequisite towards “Advanced Leader Silver”
