Collective Action on the Path to ZeroDay 3 - March 5th

Facilitated working day designed to bring together outcomes from the Tuesday Peer Exchanges, culminating in an integrated, actionable Path to Zero Roadmap for collective action to catalyze the market. Attendees join the BuildingEnergy15 program in the afternoon.

Day 2 - March 4th

After joining the BuildingEnergy15 program, attendees will have the choice of amazing, curated panels of speakers from across North America, sharing information, and debating issues related to zero energy. All Summit attendees can also choose to attend any of the dozens of fantastic BuildingEnergy15 sessions.

Day 1 - March 3rd

Our activation Teams will lead six Peer Exchange sessions with presentations about best practices from leading North American organizations to stimulate conversation, followed by facilitated, immersive discussions for collaboration and networking.

At a Glance

With over 146 organizations focused on NZE across North America, it is imperative that we pool resources and share ideas in order to leverage our individual and collective efforts.

The goal of the Activation Team (AT) initiative is to create collaborative groups comprising members from at least three organizations per focus area (see below). The groups address significant short- and long-term barriers to the market shift toward net-zero energy design and construction, that can be addressed most effectively through collective action.

We decided to form the teams in Irvine last October, at the conclusion of our inaugural Net Zero Summit.

The 6 Peer Exchanges will be led by our Activation Teams, with presentations about best practices from leading North American organizations to stimulate conversation, followed by facilitated, immersive discussions for collaboration and networking.
