I was raised by the strongest woman I know, my mom, and the greatest family EVER!!!! My grandma passed away November 12,2007. She was the rock that held our family together! MY FAMILY 6. MY FAMIIIILLLLLLYY YYYYYY!!!!!! My Family 7. High School Buffalo State College 2003-2007- I went to Hutch Tech High school in downtown Buffalo, NY. I majored in Computer Technology, go figure. 2007-2012- I went to Buffalo State College also in Buffalo, NY. I majored in Childhood and Special Education for Grades 1-6, with a concentration in English and American Studies. I graduated with my Bachelors degree May 12, 2012. It was one of the best feelings EVER! My Education 8. My greatest accomplishment So far 9. Grad School? Already??? YES!!! A week after I walked the stage for Undergrad I began my Masters at Canisius college. I took up the Literacy B-6 major, and I plan to extend it to Grade 12. 10. Alright! So I literally JUST walked the stage in May, right.. And guess what???? 11. I GOT A JOB 12. Click icon to add picture Let me paint this picture for you: I had a PHONE interview on a Wednesday. I got the call Monday saying I got the job. That Saturday I packed up my 3 bedroom apartment and moved to BALTIMORE, MARYLAND 13. Click icon to add picture WHAT???? YES I AM!!!! Lets summarize: I am a 24 year old graduate student and second year teacher. I picked up and moved to another state with just her clothes for a job. It was the bravest thing Ive ever done and one of the happiest decisions Ive ever made. I love my school and I love my students! It has been such a whirlwind year that I never had time to suck it in. Everyone said it would hit me on Day 1, but even after a year still feel like I was made to teach! 16. Whats next???? I have no idea. One thing is for sure, I will obtain one more Masters in Administration to hopefully be a Principal. I will continue to work hard, and I will continue to make my self and my family proud!!! 17.
