CANDIDATE SOURCING Candidate sourcing begins with a thorough understanding of the position requirements and the corporate environment in which the successful candidate will be expected to perform and succeed. After successfully completing the screening process, a candidate will be subjected to an assessment process in which specific computer skills tests and industry knowledge tests will be administered and evaluated.
