Non-WeldNon-weld piping technology allows you to join pipes without welding, the traditional way of joining pipes. It has several advantages over welded technology:

No welding requiredNon-weld piping systems, as their name suggests, do not require any welding. This is crucial since skilled high-pressure welders are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in remote parts of the world.

No residuesNo welding is required in non-weld piping systems, and so there are no welding related residues on the inside of the pipes. This is very important since, more often than not, expensive machinery and equipment is attached to the ends of the pipes, which can get damaged because of the residues.

No acid cleaningSince there are no residues in non-weld piping systems, no acid cleaning is required to get rid of the residues. This saves a lot of time and resources.

High safetySince no welding is required in non-weld piping systems, it completely eliminates the hazards associated with welding like fire and explosions, and guarantees a highly safe environment.

Proven leak-free systemAt the end of the day, any piping system has to ensure that there are no leaks in the system. Non-weld piping systems have been successfully used in thousands of installations all over the world, over the course of the last 35 years, and have been proven to be leak-free systems.

Improved flow characteristicsNon-weld piping systems have improved flow characteristics compared to traditional welded piping systems, which results in a system with better efficiency and throughput.

Ease of installationNon-weld piping systems are very easy to install which saves a lot of time and resources.

Cost savingsBecause of all the advantages listed above, non-weld piping systems result in a lot of cost savings compared to traditional welded piping systems, which means you get more bang for your buck.

We have 3 types of non-weld piping technologies:

37 Flare FlangesThis system is based on flaring the pipe ends to 37° and utilizing two internal cones and flanges. Sizes range from 1/2” to 4” & pressure rating of 6000 PSI.

Retain Ring FlangesThis system is meant for heavy wall pipe and has a machined butt end face along with an annular groove on the outside diameter. It is normally used for very high pressures and larger pipe sizes. Sizes range from 1.5” to 10” & pressure rating of 6000 PSI.

Pyplok® ConnectorsThis system is a weld-less & thread-less way to join pipes. It has been successfully used in the most demanding environments where fire safety is essential and there is a need for quick and easy solution to maintenance repairs.
