AGENCY FEE SCHEDULE

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2016. United States Department of Agriculture - Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration - Federal Grain Inspection Service (USDA-GIPSA-FGIS) must approve all fees for official services and Titus Grain Inspection, Inc. will assess only fees appearing on the current approved fee schedule. USDA-GIPSA-FGIS Administrative fees are included.
REGULAR HOURS: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to be negotiated with each applicant not to exceed 8 hours per day, except holidays.
NON-REGULAR HOURS: All hours other than regular posted hours, all hours in excess of 8 hours per day, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
HOURLY RATES: Assessed in quarter-hour increments. Regular hourly rate, per hour.

Sunday and Holiday hourly rate, to be charged at the rate of double time Standby hourly rate, to be charged at the applicable rate.
HOLIDAYS: New Year’s Eve Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day.
MILEAGE: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Standard Mileage Rate is assessed for all services outside West Lafayette, IN. All charges for mileage will be pro-rated where possible. Any changes to the mileage rate are effective when the IRS changes their standard rate.
OFFICIAL ON-SITE INSPECTION SERVICE: Official On-Site Inspection Services are available to locations, which provide a furnished, and suitably equipped, approved lab.
OFFICIAL COMMERCIAL INSPECTION SERVICE: Official commercial inspection services are available to locations, which provide a furnished, and suitably equipped, approved lab. Be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Service requests not covered under this fee schedule will be assessed at the applicable hourly rate stated herein. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. A monthly finance charge of 2.45% (APR 29.4%) will be applied on accounts not received with 20 days of invoice date.
