NetOp Partner Program Introduction

partner levels

NTR (NetOp Territory Responsible)

- is responsible for branding, distribution (channel development), lead generation, and second-line support. An NTR operates under the name NetOp Tech and is the exclusive representative for Danware in a given geography. The NTR is not allowed to perform direct sales and delivery, but can only serve the market through local and/or international Business Partners.

Gold Certified Partner

- has trained and certified sales and support staff who promotes, implements, and supports all or selected NetOp products and solutions in a given geography and/or industry. Their knowledge of and experience with NetOp solutions are a guarantee for professional consulting and support in the fields where NetOp products are applicable for certification.

Certified Partner

- is either a Partner about to be Gold Certified or a Partner for whom the NetOp business is complementary to his main business. Certified Partners have training staff capable of providing professional sales support as well as technical first-level after sales support.

Registered Partner

- is certified to promote and sell selected NetOp products and solutions in a given local geography and/or industry as a complementary activity to his main business. He must cooperate with a Certified, Gold Certified Partner or Certified Consulting Partner for providing technical first-level after sales support.

International Certified Partner

- has trained and certified sales and support staff promoting, implementing and supporting all or selected NetOp products and solutions internationally through his network of subsidiaries, franchises, or other closely related network. Their knowledge of and experience with NetOp solutions are a guarantee for professional consulting and support in the fields where NetOp products are applicable.

Certified Consulting Partner

- A Certified Consulting Partner is certified by Danware to provide consulting, training, implementation, and after sales support. He is not certified to sell products and is thus not competing with other Business Partner for the product business.
