Any single or combinations of items are searchable.The more specific the query, the fewer matching returns.

How to find what you’re looking for.

F7 F8 Shift + F2 Ctrl+Q

Enter Query turns the line blue and ready for typingExecute Query brings up any records matching your requestCount Hits shows the number of records that will show up.Cancel will stop the query and remove the blue line.

Before you “execute query” hit the to see how many hits you will get, adjust your request accordingly.

If you query the crew for “Team 2” and hit , you would seeSo try narrowing down your search by adding the building.I added McGlothlin (CH00) and found , much better! Execute your Query.

Now what? Scroll with mouse or bar, up-down, left-right to find the item.

Double click on the item to open it or click in the little box on the leftAnd push print.

ps you can check all the work orders you needto print and then hit theprint button and theywill print to yourdefault printer.
