Click on your name. You can see by the red dot next to it that you are not yet clocked in.

Click “Clock In”

PIN = Last 4 #s of Student ID

Sometimes an Employee Bulletin will appear right after you clock in. You must click “Accept” to indicate that you have read and understand the bulletin. Then Click “Exit.”

The next time you clock in, the Bulletin may still appear as a reminder. It will not prompt you to Accept it again. Just click “Exit.”

You are now clocked in and ready to start your Office Hour or Advising Appointment. (Note the green dot.)Remember to Clock Out before you leave! When you clock out, you will be prompted for your PIN again, just like when you clocked in.
