3 Simple Steps to Assign Your Ticket

• Use your current IowaWORKS employment plan

• Agree to the Individual Work Plan• Provide history of earnings

If yes, your Ticket is being used by them and we want you to keep your Ticket with them.

Sign on the Line

• Together we need to review your information and then both sign.

• You will get a letter from Social Security stating your Ticket has been assigned.
