• This is the state bird it’s the cardinal. At my house a ton of cardinals come by.

• This is my state flower the Dogwood. I used to live in Virginia and their state flower was the dogwood.

• This is the state dog the Plott Hound. The Plott Hound looks like a nice dog.

Sports in North Carolina

North Carolina has the collage University of North Carolina Tar Heels, University of North Carolina State, and last but not least from collages Duke University. Now from the NFL the Carolina Panthers. Now from the NBA the Charlotte Bobcats. Now from the NHL the Carolina Hurricanes.

Bordering States

North Carolina borders Georgia , Tennessee , Virginia , South Carolina, and the Atlantic

Ocean.

The Climate It only snows in the winter in the

mountains. It’s mild all year in North Carolina.
