Welcome to Little Lambs Kindergarten.

Thank you for choosing this setting for your child’s Early Years education and care.

By completing and signing this form and paying the enrolment fee, your place at Little Lambs will be securely reserved. Until deposit and enrolment forms have been returned your place is provisional. A minimum notice period of 12 weeks notice in writing (or 12 weeks fees in lieu of notice) will be required if you decide to remove your child from Little Lambs or if you no longer require the place once sessions have been booked and confirmed by you.

Kindergarten sessions run: Monday-Friday (Term-time only). Holiday club also available during school holidays except two weeks at Christmas, limited availability please book in advance.Sessions available from birth to five years, and After-school from birth to 15years.

Non-funded sessions will be charged at £18/session (Each session is 3hrs).

The Breakfast and Afterschool clubs will be charged at £6.00 per hour. The Breakfast club includes toast, cereal, milk & water if requested.When the After-school club is booked for until 5 or 6pm tea is included.

Fee’s will be invoiced monthly in advance and need to be paid within 7 days of being sent.

Kindergarten enrolment deposit: £25/child this is returned to you on your child’s first day.

Funding

Free Childcare for 2 Year olds:

To book your child a 2yr funded place you firstly have to register with the Families Information Service (FIS). They will give you a 6 digit E number that you give to us to complete the registration process.If you have not registered with the FIS you can do so at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/fis or call 01273 293545.If you have already registered with FIS and have been given your E number please add it here:E _ _ _ _ _ _

Early Years Free Entitlement 2, 3 and 4 year olds:

To book your child a 2, 3 or 4 funded place all you need to do is fill in this enrolment form and return it with your £25 deposit to us at Little Lambs Kindergarten, Parish Office, St. Helen’s church hall, Hangleton way, Hove. BN3 8ER.

Once we have received your form and deposit we will then allocate you your child’s sessions. We endeavor to offer as closely as possible the specific sessions you have requested; however sometimes it is not possible to match your sessions exactly.

To secure your child’s place an enrolment deposit of £25 is payable with the receipt of this form. Your deposit will be returned once your child has started their kindergarten sessions.

The uniform is optional, however it does help to protect your child’s clothes from the messy activities that we offer the children.
