3. Working groups. Fifty-eight working groups are projected, on the most varied topics in industrial, clinical, social, educational and developmental psychology, psychometrics, vocational guidance, rehabilitation of the handicapped, cardiac patients, mentally-ill, delinquents, etc.

4. Free papers. About one hundred free papers have been accepted. They will complete the above programme and include papers on job analysis, the training of managers, re-education of stutterers and aphasics, dyslexia, forensic psychology, use of drugs, effects of television, projective techniques, sociometry, the state of applied psychology in different countries, cross-cultural research, etc.

Delegates from about fifty nations will collaborate actively in the different sessions as chairmen, reviewers or invited discussants, and it is probable that more than two thousand participants, from about sixty nations, will attend the Congress. A volume of pre-prints will be sent, two months before the Congress, to registered participants.

The provisional programme (about forty pages) will be sent free of charge and without obligation, together with an application form and a leaflet on Travel and Accommodation : apply to the Congress Secretariat, 36 Boulevard Piercot, 4000- Lihge, Belgium.
