Purpose and Mission

The UTC Wellness Team exists to help the commission create and maintain a healthy work environment, foster a healthy lifestyle, and enhance the organizational culture for commission employees.

To educate employees on all elements of wellness, encourage active participation, and provide resources to support healthier choices.

We are creating a program that focuses on eight elements of wellness. Providing employees the opportunity to learn more about their whole self. Our program is constantly improving. We our building on our successes while learning from our mistakes. As our employees evolve we plan to grow with them.
