Or that the quiet farming town of Yountville would become its capital, home to Thomas Keller’s Michelin Three Star French Laundry, Bouchon, REDD, Bistro Don Giovanna, Bistro Jeanty, Domaine Chandon and a plethora of walkable casual dining experiences and tasting rooms.

Join Canada’s premier wine expert, David Lawrason, along with the Courtnall brothers, Geoff, Russ and Bruce and Neil Osborne and 54•40 for five nights of great wines, great food, great music and great stories!

You will spend five nights at Napa Valley Lodge, a Tuscan farmhouse-style estate, steps from Yountville’s best restaurants and tasting rooms. The lodge is where we will rest our heads

and mingle poolside, but Yountville and Napa Valley will be our playgrounds. With the assistance of the Napa Valley Vintners Association, there will be a three-day macro tour of Napa’s sub-regions through visits and tastings of several wineries in Carneros, Stag’s Leap, Oakville, St. Helena and Calistoga. You will also have the option to experience the “Napa Rocks” tasting of top cabernet sauvignons.

In addition, you can choose a cooking class at the famous Culinary Institute of America, explore and shop in the upscale towns of St. Helena, Calistoga or Napa City as well as bike, run, golf or lift off on a balloon ride, all in one of God’s greenest acres. And of course, doing all this in the company of Canada’s hockey heroes, Geoff, Russ and Bruce Courtnall, plus Neil, Matt, Brad and David from 54•40 – who tell us no questions are off limits! The Courtnall brothers are also planning to have their friend and fellow NHL super star and winery owner Val Bure, who is on the path of making “the perfect wine”, to put together something special for you!
