Day 1 : Saturday MILAZZO
Meet and welcome at Catania International Airport
Private transfer by minibus to Milazzo.
Welcome drink onboard at 5pm and safety briefing.
Dinner and night on board in Milazzo
Milazzo is the best starting point for discovering the Aeolian Islands. Birthplace of
ancient cultures, the Aeolian Islands have always attracted sailors from over the world.
Four colors, Four sensations: white as the sand, black as the volcano,
blue as the sea and green as the wineries.
Seven Islands, seven sisters, seven atmospheres, seven ways of leaving.
Day 2 : Sunday MILAZZO - PANAREA
Breakfast and departure from Milazzo. Navigation to Panarea, the smallest island of the
Aeolian. Lunch at uninhabited islets Lisca Bianca and Bottaro.
Late afternoon arrival in Panarea and enjoy the white village.
Dinner at “Da Pina” Restaurant (a masterpiece of Panarea nightlife)
Overnight at private buoy.
DA PINA RESTAURANT PANAREA
STUFFED SQUIDS PINA’S RECEPIESIngredients: 4 cleaned squid, breadcrumbs 250 gr, Parsley, capers, parmesan cheese or parmesan
cheese 50 g., Provolone 50 g., Salt, pepper, olive oil.
Preparation: In a bowl place the bread crumbs, parsley and chopped capers, add the cheese,
salt, pepper, olive oil and knead. Fill the squid with this mixture and close them with an appetizer.
You can make the sauce or roasted. Sugo for squid - ingredients: half a bottle of tomato sauce,
parsley, oil, salt, garlic or a small onion. Sugo for squid - Preparation: Fry the diced onion, add
past, salt and parsley and cook a little. Add the squid and cook in this sauce over low heat for 15-
30 minutes depending on the size of the squid.
Day 3 : Monday PANAREA - STROMBOLI
Breakfast and departure for Stromboli. Navigation along little islet of Basiluzzo .
Arrival in the late morning in Stromboli. Lunch on board and free time to visit the
village, swim in the hot volcano water in the afternoon.
We suggest a guided trekking to the Stromboli Volcano in the late afternoon.
Dinner on board
Day 4: Tuesday STROMBOLI - SALINA
Breakfast and sailing tour of the island of Stromboli with the the view of the
eruptive activity. We continue with a swimming at Stromboli Ginostra before
the Salina-crossing. Lunch on board during the voyage.
Arrive in Salina in the afternoon.
This is a special day with our private wine taste and dinner
at Tasca Conti d’Almerita Winery at Capofaro Malvasia & Resort, an authentic jewel.

Day 5 : Wednesday SALINA – FILICUDI
Breakfast and Sailing from Salina bearing to Filicudi and arrival for lunch time.
Relax and swim in the lonely and beautiful Island.
Dinner at Pecorini Bay Restaurant with your «feet on the water»
This is the ultimate Aeolian dinner experience
Overnight at Perorini Bay on a private buoy.
For starters Tartar and seafood entrees & Fish of the day. You can enjoy paccheri pesto
pistachio, spaghetti with almonds or with bottarga, carbonara Tuna and more.
Fish: tuna's sausage with onion marmalade, sword's rolls in orange sauce, or more simple
flavors of squid and swordfish grilled or breaded, and a tuna steak, accompanied by a wide
selection of Sicilian wines. Finally you can taste the famous “Shameless” or typical Sicilian
pastries, as well as our granite assorted with the flavor of the excellent local Malvasia.
PECORINI BAY RESTAURANT FILICUDI
Day 6 : Thursday FILICUDI - LIPARI
Crossing to Lipari, sailing along the west coast of this island.
Swim at Canneto and visit the famous pumice quarries.
Arrival on late afternoon at the port of Lipari and free time to visit the village.
Special dinner at Filippino Restaurant
Overnight at Lipari Harbour

Day 7 : Friday LIPARI – VULCANO
Breakfast and sailing from Lipari ro Vulcano Island around the Faraglioni.
Tour the island of Vulcano by boat. Stop at the swimming pool Venus and visit
Lagrotte marine Horse. Sailing along the west coast to the small port of Vulcano
Gelso. Swimming at Gelso an relax the afternoon
Dinner on board
Day 8 : Saturday MILAZZO
Early in the morning the crew will sail from Vulcano to our home base, Milazzo
At 09.00 am check out and transfer to Catania airport.
