Thiamin or Vitamin B1

Vitamin B1 deficiency in the mother may result in Infantile Beriberi in the unborn baby.

Vitamin B1 is found in wheat germ, whole grain cereals, kidney beans, fortified

almost 1.4 milligrams of Vitamin B. It is recommended that you should not overcook

in food.

Riboflavin or Vitamin B2

Vitamin B2 is required to maintain good eyesight, good levels of energy and healthy

skin. Sources of this vitamin include eggs, dairy products, poultry, meat, fish,

mushrooms, broccoli, avocado, millet, dried peas, beans, fortified cereals, leafy green

vegetables such as asparagus, spinach. Pregnant ladies require 1.4 milligrams of

Vitamin B2. This vitamin is essential in pregnancy since or promotes healthy growth of

Niacin or Vitamin B3

Vitamin C

Vitamin D
