The-Challenge is part of a marketing company that does a lot of research and

marketing testing for several other companies.

We try to stay ahead in the game by using state of the art technology and

tools. Being ahead in the game and in forefront of all changes has always been

our strength.

As 2012 already have brought us – and will continue to bring us a major shift in

online marketing – we have been given a task to perform some large scale

research on how to still be on top of this.



Initially – we had planned to do this by outsourcing a large part of what needed

to be done. However – the BEST way to do full scale research is to have

INDIVIDUALS do this part.

We have previously seen that results differ when performed by companies –

compared to individuals. And since we want all results to reflect “real world”

marketing – we decided to put this offer together.

Without getting to technical – there is a major shift going on online.

What used to be the case – and how things could be done too:

Firstly Google have done some updates that have major impact on search

results and ranking. Sites prominently presented on First page, receiving a lot

of free organic traffic – just disappeared over night – left with no traffic.

And with less or no traffic – the result is less or even no sales – so the impact

from this is huge for many. And if one don’t adapt to what’s coming – it can even

get worse.

We see this as a result of all the search engine “spamming”, “black hat” and

attempts to “trick” search engines to get a better ranking. So most “old”

methods are not working as they used to. This causes a lot of panic in the

marketing arena.

If one wants to get free organic traffic today, one needs to adapt to the

changes. This actually means that one must give the search engines what they

want. Clean and easy to navigate sites, filled with original, informative and

quality content.



Implementation of social media is another important factor. And this is done by

social interaction - and NOT by spamming social media - trying to “hard sell”.

A result of all this is that many earn much less – prices on many products have

been dropped – and products with lower quality presented.

Internet and Affiliate Marketing have always been dependent on the traffic to

the sites. No traffic no sales. And with many product prices slashed – there are

not much overhead left. Some are getting desperate….

For people just starting out – real targeted traffic is the hardest part to get.

And in order to earn a steady income – one need LOTS of that traffic.

Now let’s look at how we actually turn all this into our advantage…

Firstly, we take a totally different approach to it. Sure, we want to set things

up the right way in order to get free targeted organic traffic – but that is only

one part. It can take time to build up to receive steady traffic – it takes time

and some work. So how can we still earn – while doing that initial work?

It’s time to dig into what The-Challenge is all about, what you need to do, what

you get and how to join forces with us……

Ok, The-Challenge is a marketing company, set up for full scale testing of

different marketing tools and techniques.

It’s a membership based company with two ways to participate.

1 – As an Affiliate. This is a free to join option. A commission of $20 is offered

for each verified sale. You will need to make 10 verified sales in order to get a

2 – You can join as a Distributor at the cost of $76. A commission of $20 is

offered for each verified sale. As a distributor you only need to make 5

The $76 covers the membership for one year. The product- or rather products

included are firstly the TC-Blueprint. This is a step by step blueprint based

around setting up several services with the purpose of testing out some traffic



generating tactics. The TC-Blueprint comes in two versions. One “lite” version

for affiliates – and one full version for Distributors.

The full version contains more tools and more training.

The Challenge – and how to pass it. Well, the most important part here is to

make those 5 sales – or 10 as an affiliate. Of course we prefer if those sales

are made by following the TC-Blueprint and the described tools methods.

But it’s also OK to make those sales – if you are experienced or maybe already

have a list to market to. But – we also need you to set up some of the “web

things we will be testing – is “remote control” of some of the content. This way

we can adapt and adjust everything for the best possible performance and

conversion.

All this marketing will be directed towards on central web property in order to

get this ranked highest possible. All direct sales form this will be of benefit

for the whole membership. We will aim and target some of the most

competitive search terms with high traffic potential.

All findings will eventually be shared within the membership. This way you will

also “earn while learning”.

At this point I can hear you…. “But… hold on a sec…. Do you mean that we

actually have to do any….. WORK??”



The quick answer to that is…YES – there will be some work involved.

But look at it this way……

For a one time out of pocket fee of less than $100 – you get a full year

The other night the whole management team was called together by The Viking.

New results from some large scale test where in. What he shared that evening

was almost devastating. Some 200 high ranking websites that have been

monitored for some time – just disappeared from the first ten pages in Google.

Some hard facts were presented. These 200 sites – with a total of 2 million

daily hits – hits with organic and free traffic – suddenly had none. The traffic

just stopped over night. All as a result of the resent implemented Google

changes.

And a hit like this is devastating for any business. But it is a result of being

ignorant to what Google has told us – over and over again. Just listen to this:

“The best way to get other sites to create relevant links to yours is to create unique, relevant content that can quickly gain popularity in the Internet Community. The more useful content you have, the greater the chances someone else will find that content valuable to their readers and link to it. Before making any single decision, you should ask yourself the question: Is this going to be beneficial for my page's visitors? It is not only the number of links you have pointing to your site that matters, but also the quality and relevance of those links. Creating good content pays off: Links are usually editorial votes given by choice, and the buzzing blogger Community can be an excellent place to generate interest.”

And this is coming DIRECLY from Google. So it pays off BIG TIME to listen

when G speaks. And they are really trying to educate us – we just needs to use

some common sense – and follow their advice.

During this session The Viking showed us a full setup of those 200 sites.



This clearly showed how they had used massive back-linking and commenting to

rank. Some of these sites had from 42 000 down to around 20 000 back links.

A massive documentation was presented and showed clearly how “link spamming”

had been used. And eventually Google punished them the hard way by de-

ranking them totally.

Next he showed us some real good news. 20 rather new sites he had been

setting up. All going for the same high competitive keywords as the 200 was

previous ranked for. All 20 prominently placed on the first page of Google – 11

of them even occupied position 1, 2 and 3 and some lower – but still on the first

page.

With these 20 sites – all keywords that the 200 had been ranked for – was

covered. The shock was when we looked at how few back-links that these sites

had – everyone below 20. And here you have it in The Viking’s own words:

“Yes, this was indeed a surprise for me as well – I did not expect this to happen

so soon. Al these sites are less than 2 months old – there is not much content

on them – actually two of these sites is only a squeeze page with three

sentences on – but they still occupy 1 position. To be honest – this quick result

caused me some trouble. The sudden massive traffic just “melted” the servers

completely. We had to make a quick change to get them up again.

Folks, this clearly show that my predictions for 2012 was once more spot on – it

just happened a few months earlier than anyone could expect. As I said – give

Google what it wants – and get some love and god traffic in return.

Next I will make some minor changes to the TC-Blueprint to cover some more

of how this is possible. We are really sitting on a goldmine here.”

And this is what we are all about – reading what’s going on – and being there to

catch the ball when it lands.

So if we look at the “advice” from Google above – and compare that to



what seems to be “the panic advice” all over the web these days – and compare

that again to the de-ranking of the 200 sites – and – the new ranking of our 20

– what does that tell you?

It clearly tells us to listen carefully to what Google tries to tell us – and act on

it – by giving them just what they want – no more – no less.

Did Google mention anything about:

Submission

Link building

Automation

High PR

Commenting

NO – And the advice given by most – are in striking contrast to it.

So what do Google actually want us to do – and what are they looking at in order

to decide what sites deserve a higher ranking then others?

Quality content

Unique content

Social votes, like Twitter, Face book, Digg etc.

Authority of the person or account providing that vote.

Time people spend on site

Bounce rate

Traffic to main page and deeper pages.

Editorially links (editorial votes) and the authority of such links.

And one of the most important – the use of video and images – PROPER

use of these! Mastering this alone can give you a high ranking!

And the use of ALL of Google’s own resources like – YouTube, G+, Gplaces

and G local and more.

Do you think what Google advises can actually work?

So this is some of what we include in the TC-Blueprint – and will share with
