I.

Thou shalt have a narrow niche with a hungry passionate crowd

Niche – Yep, heard that before

But do you KNOW and DO it!

A niche is an easily targeted group of people who (action) and (problem or interest).

I commonly see Niche defined as the action only and no mention of the problem.

A good example of your niche may be ‘Australian Real Estate Agents who want to make more money from their agency

Page 8: The Ten Commandments For Internet Marketing Success Part 1

Another key component of the successful niche is whether or not this group of people actually have any money and are motivated to spend it.

A good niche must have a problem statement associated with it.

How to beat 90% of the people your are competing with online?

Don’t be afraid to say ‘Next’

Run your winners long and cut your losers short

II.

Thou shalt have a Product or Service that

Solves the Problem

Multiple Different Types of Products and Services you can sell online. Which is right for you?

Information Products are the most profitable thing to sell online

Your product or service must take them from ‘Pain to Pleasure’ or from ‘Problem to Solution’.

Your Product ultimately has to be something that they already want to buy, and not something that you think they need.

The best way I’ve seen of finding out what they actually want is to build a survey site.

‘The Magic Wand technique’ - If you were the prospect and you could wave a magic wand and get anything at all what would you want in this product

The Affiliate Approach – Sell other people’s products and services

The Worst number in Business is one

Believe in what you are selling

‘Cost of Goods’ is a really important Maths figure in your business in regards to getting wealthy.

Many Internet Businesses sell products for 2 times cost of goods

The main reason why a lot of Internet Marketers like information products is because it stacks the Maths in your favour.

Information products enable you to achieve five times or ten times cost of goods.

Backend and Continuity

Review your Maths. If it’s not working:

Adjust your pricing

Create bundles or up-sells

Reduce your costs

Add a backend or Continuity

OR just say ‘Next’
