• The learners was introduced to Post Mortem method and Project Management theory The Post Mortem was successful:• Opportunity to discuss estimation in the project and to look for
successes and failures• Elaborate on learning from both the successes and the failures
• The post mortem was evaluated as the last activity and the learners had learned both about Project Management and about doing Post Mortems
