HOW TO CREATE YOUR 3D SECURE PIN

Step 1: Go to online merchant website, select the products and then proceed to the

merchant's check-out page. Enter your registered ICICI Bank Debit Card number and submit.

Step 2: If this is your first online debit card transaction, you will be automatically directed to

3D Secure registration page

Choose either OTP or ATM PIN option to reset your 3D secure PIN

Step 3: On choosing OTP option, select mobile number and submit

Step 4: Put in the One Time Password (OTP) at the top and a new 6 digit numeric 3D secure

PIN at the bottom of the screen and submit

Step 5: On choosing ATM PIN option in step 2, put Debit Card No, Valid from date, Date of

Birth and Debit Card ATM PIN

Step 6: Use a new 6 digit numeric 3D Secure PIN and submit

You have successfully created your 3D Secure PIN.

HOW TO RESET/CHANGE YOUR 3D SECURE PIN

Step 1: Go to online merchant website, select the products and then proceed to the

merchant's check-out page. Then enter your registered ICICI Bank Debit Card number and

submit.

Step 2: Click on ‘Forgot 3D Secure PIN’ option on the payment page

Step 3: Choose either OTP or ATM PIN option to reset your 3D Secure PIN

The rest of the process is similar to the creation of new 3D Secure PIN as explained above.
