The Sheltering Arms Request for Bids

The Sheltering Arms is accepting sealed bids for office supplies for 16 centers located in Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Douglas counties. Sealed bids must be received by the Sheltering Arms Administrative Office, 385 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, Atlanta, GA 30313 by 5:00 p, m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 and must be clearly marked “Sheltering Arms Office Supplies Bid” on the outside of the sealed bid. Bids will be opened on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room of the Sheltering Arms Administrative Offices. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids received shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the opening of the bid. The Sheltering Arms reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Electronic bids are accepted. The Sheltering Arms also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicalities relative to any or all bids or proposals and to request any additional information or clarification deem for evaluation of any bid or proposal. Once the contract is awarded it will remain in effect for up to two (2) years, beginning January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020. Contracts are reviewed by The Sheltering Arms Review Bid Committee.
