Steffen SchneiderPartner of BBL Law, Frankfurt, Germany

Steffen started his career in 1999 and specializes

in dedicated insolvency law. He has published several articles

about restructuring of big companies in own managed

insolvency with restructuring plans as well as about bond

restructuring. He has an outstanding knowledge about

restructurings in practice and their legal background,

especially in cross border insolvencies as well as in terms of

Forum Shopping.

Xavier BaillyPartner of Eight Advisory, Paris, France

Xavier started his career in 2002 at PWC in the Corporate

Recovery and joined Eight Advisory in 2011, where he has

been a partner since 2013. He specializes in the sectors of

health, retail, consumer goods & industry and his skills are

focused on financial and operational restructuring, financial

forecasting and cash management as well as financial

modeling in the context of refinancing negotiations. Xavier is

also the president of the restructuring commission at the 

French Association of Private Equity Investors (AFIC).
