Five-hour rental of our top two floors is $6,800.

Events must end by 1 am.

Vendor access for set-up and tear-down is 2.5 hours prior to event time, and 1.5 hours after your event ends. Additional set-up time is available, pro-rated at $500 per hour.

InCluSIonS Standard event furniture (depending

on availability) included: dinner rounds and seating for up to 300 guests, ceremony chairs, cocktail highboys, and cabaret tables with chairs.

Basic facility staffing included. Advanced technical setups may incur additional labor fees.

PlAnnIng your eVenTWe highly recommend securing a professional planner for your wedding. This critical role takes a burden off you and your family and insures that your day will be everything that you have imagined.

Your planner should be able to help align your budget with your desires while guiding you though the selection of your venue, caterer, décor professionals, photographer, DJ, or band.

Our events team will work with you and your planner to understand your dreams, requirements, and the flow of your event. On your wedding day, our experienced staff will provide logistical support to your planner and other vendors.

DÉCOR & MOREWe are happy to share our preferred vendor list with you. It includes Chicago-area professionals who can help create the look and feel of your event. You are also welcome to you use vendors who meet our insurance requirements who are not on our list.

We will share with you and your planner a few optimal floor plans that we have found work well in our space. If you are working with a décor company to provide event furniture, we suggest that you utilize their designers and floor planning services.

Candles placed in hurricanes are allowed in our venue but only in specified food and beverage areas. Open flames, fire, balloons, confetti, fog, smoke machines and animals are not permitted. Décor must be comprised of stable, free-standing items and cannot be attached to walls.

PARkIng AnD ADDItIOnAl SERVICES Venue SIX10 is within walking distance of some of Chicago’s best hotels. Hosted Valet parking can be secured by your planner with one of our approved vendors directly out front of our venue. We also secure discount parking at local lots within walking distance.

RESERVAtIOnS | DEPOSItS | InSuRAnCE In order to secure a date, a signed Letter of Agreement and Facilities Rental Contract is required, as well a non-refundable deposit of 30%. The remaining balance will be due no later than seven days prior to your event. Any additional expenses (such as extending your event time) will be due the night of your event.

A month prior to your event, we require a list of your vendors. We’ll contact each one of them to understand the scope of their set-up and tear-down needs, so we can best facilitate their service to you.

We require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from you and your vendors no later than two weeks prior to your event. Most of our preferred vendors already have a current COI on file with us.
