The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch

Once upon a time there was Mr Grinling and there was Mrs Grinling and Hamish the cat.

Hamish was really excited to see Mr Grinling at the lighthouse.

Mrs Grinling made a nice lunch for Mr Grinling. She put it on the zip wire and the lunch set off and the lunch didn’t get there because the seagulls swooped down and ate Mr Grinlings lunch.

When it was dark Mr Grinling put the light on and then he went to bed.

The next day Mr Grinling sat on his boat and went to the lighthouse to look after it.

Mrs Grinling always packed a lunch. She sent it along the zip wire and it got there. Mr Grinling had mustard sandwiches and juice. Mr Grinling loves mustard sandwiches.

Mr Grinling and Mrs Grinling and Hamish the cat had a picnic.
