specialists, college professors are members.
Membership only $20 a year Annual conference usually in April Conference will have breakout sessions,
2 or 3 keynote speakers and vendors.

ELEMENTARY LIBRARIES Curriculum : state organized 36 standards
for libraries before common core. In Conway, we created our own pacing guide
with activities to go along with our guide. With Common Core, we only work on 2 or 3
standards pre 9 weeks. We tried to pick the standards that teacher would not teach in the classroom.
We (elementary) are part of the report card so we give a grade on the 2 or 3 standard. We will teach other topics from our frameworks but will not give a grade.
