Recipe of the Month! Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

1 large head of broccoli

10 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

3 green onions, sliced

½ cup raisins

1 small package sunflower seed, shelled

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp vinegar

¼ cup sugar

½ cup shredded cheese

Directions:

1. Trim off stalk of broccoli, wash and cut into bite-sized pieces

2. Place broccoli into large bowl, add bacon, onions, raisins, and sunflower seeds

3. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar

4. Add dressing and cheese to broccoli mixture

5. Toss

6. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight
