All the children at Sherbrooke Academy Junior made smart choices to show they cared for one other. They knew it was important to respect others, be safe and accept responsibility.

Daily they did kind things for one another, tried their best and when they slipped they said “I’m Sorry” and reflected on how to make better choices for the next time.

They knew how to learn from their mistakes and that the principal, teachers, staff and their parents were there to help and guide them to be the best students you would ever meet.

News quickly spread throughout the district about this wonderful school.

Even reaching the forest animals who overheard the children while playing in the school yard.

For you see, this happy school was close to an enchanted forest with friendly, happy forest animals.

Georgia the rabbit lived here, along with Pete the Squirrel, and the friendly bears, Sher Bear and Baby Bear Brooke.

Everyday the forest animals played together and wondered about the happy school nearby and how they wished they too could go to school.

Sher Bear, along with Baby Bear Brooke, the friendly bears, were also magical bears, and they wanted to help in any way they could to keep this a happy place for all the boys and girls.

Sher Bear and Baby Bear Brooke, the friendly bears, heard that everywhere the boys and girls of Sherbrooke Academy Junior went, people wanted to know who they were and where they were from.

For it was said that they were the best students you would ever meet. They were not just smart, not just cool, but all together they made a great school.

So off to school went Sher Bear and Baby Bear Brooke, the friendly bears.

The two magical bears mustered up the courage to knock at the main front door of this fabulous school.

At first Ms. Sweeney, the school secretary was frightened, but then she realized that these two bears were no ordinary bears. They were friendly, magical bears. So she called Mrs. Di Iorio, the school principal, to come quick.

Mrs. Di Iorio knew right away that these were no ordinary bears, they were magical bears and friendly bears that would inspire and help the boys and girls of Sherbrooke Academy Junior continue to make good choices and ensure that all would live in peace and harmony in this happy school.

Sher Bear and Baby Bear Brooke, the friendly bears, now sit together by the door, waiting for any boy or girl to come and say hello.

Most importantly they accepted to be the school’s Happy Bears spreading happiness to all.

So it was in this way that Sher Bear and Baby Bear Brooke, the friendly bears, joined the school and live happily ever after at Sherbrooke Academy Junior, a happy school, with happy boys and girls.
