Through participation in professionally led support groups, educational workshops and mind/body/spirit classes using the “patient active” concept, people affected by cancer and their loved ones learn vital skills that enable them to regain control over their lives, reduceisolation and regain hope regardless of the stageof their disease. TWCP is not an alternative, buta complement to conventional medicaltreatment. All programs and services are provided at no charge to participants.
