The Effects

Every year Cars emit more than 7000 kilograms of CO2 a year.

Cars pollute more than the air, they pollute water and land.

Americans use nearly 400 million gallons of gasoline every day (not all in cars).

Most ozone pollution is caused by cars and trucks

Good because saves fuel bad because doesn't save fuel

Good because it uses no fuel just electric

Bad because lots of pollution

Good because not a lot of pollution

Good because no pollution

What Can You Do To Help?

You can help by walking or biking to school instead of driving.

You can buy a hybrid car or an electric car

Use a public transit or carpool Turn off your car if there’s a car crash Don’t idle
