Weekly HAR Market StatFor the current reporting week, the market posted positive movement on both sides of the table. Buyers signed more purchase agreements and sellers introduced more homes to the marketplace than they did one year prior. In addition to being aware of changing dynamics at this time last year, it's also important to watch what other indicators can reveal.

In the Houston region, for the week ending June 19: • New listings decreased 13.1% to 2,068

• Pending sales increased 41.9% to 1,335 • Closed sales increased 6.7% to 1,098

This is an advanced technology class open to those who are active users of Facebook profile pages with good computer skills. No support will be provided to those with limited skills in navigating on a computer, the Internet or file management. This course is fast paced and meant for those who are familiar with using Facebook. Facebook is one of the most prominent vehicles on the internet for businesses to share information about their products. Although some real estate agents have created Facebook Fanpages, they have not been developed past their initial stage of creation.
