Receiving a PA or FA (from the attendance reporting requested by Enrollment Services in SPIRIT Online)
Accumulating 3 or more absences (at any point in the semester)
Receiving less than a ‘C’ in any Quiz/Test/Exam/Mid-Term/Final
(All of these rules are the same as applying a grade rule)

Click on Early Warning System under the Assessment box in the Control Panel.
Select the ‘Grade Rule’
Complete all the information
Communicating with StudentsCommunicating with StudentsEarly Earning System is not constantly
running in the background and so you will need to regularly refresh to show the accurate results to trigger a warning.
Place a check mark to the left of the rule you wish to refresh
Then click on the ‘refresh’ icon in the toolbar
View the results and select the student you wish to send the notification to
