The European sty le outdoor plaza is a lso avai lable for receptions. Late June through mid-September are the perfect months to enjoy this beauti ful sett ing. Event
Center at Cathedral Plaza requires an init ia l deposit of 15 % of the grand total and is nonrefundable. A second deposit wi l l be charged of 50% of your est imated charges is due hal fway between your booking date and event date. The f inal payment is due 10 days pr ior to your event with you f inal guaranteed attendance (unless otherwise notated) . Al l forms of payment accepted on init ia l and second deposits . Personal checks are not accepted for f inal payments: only company checks, credit cards, cashier ’s checks or cash wi l l be accepted.
Al l events held at Center at Cathedral Plaza are required to spend a room rental which var ies due to room select ions, date, t ime and s ize of events. These requirements are quoted pr ior to booking your event and are stated in the Cater ing Confirmation Agreement. Service charge is taxable according to Cal i fornia State Tax Regulat ion 1603.
Room arrangements and al l event detai ls are due at least 21 days pr ior to yourevent. After you provide us with your t imel ines, f inal food, beverage and otherevent select ions, we wi l l present you with a Banquet Event Order (BEO)conf i rming the specif ic requirements of your funct ion.

Final guest count and select ions for ordering, staff ing and bi l l ing purposes are due nolater than 10 days before the event and wi l l not be subject to reduct ion. I f no f inal detai ls or count are received, the menu wi l l be Chef ’s choice and wi l lbase our order on the init ia l agreement.
Event hours are determined by the s ize and date of your meeting. I f addit ional event hours are requested a $350 per hour charge wi l l be appl ied. Al l events must end no later than 12:00am. Vendors are al lowed to set up two hours pr ior to the start of your event.
Please not i fy vendors that Center at Cathedral Plaza does not have storage for event i tems. Al l i tems must be removed at the end of your event. Center at Cathedral Plaza wi l l not be responsible for i tems left unattended or after the conclusion of an event.
