The Airbnb Guest Guidebookyay or nay? It’s a lot of work putting together resources for your guests. I started out leaving a printed copy of my house manual and Airbnb Guidebook for guests but then realized there was so much more info I could provide. I am a warrior and cheerleader of all things Tampa, so why not share “insider” info with my guests. My little ring of knowledge (insert pic here of lone binder ring) soon grew to a 4 inch fullfledged binder complete with tabbed sections for ease of browsing. I start out with a pretty cover page of my AirBnb Logo and welcome letter from my house manual. Even though it’s hard to not come across as having “too many rules” as one guest put it(insert sad face here As a host it’s my responsibility to communicate rules effectively, even if it’s just leaving them in the Casita. I want my guests to enjoy their stay but it’s also import to be on the same page letting guest know not only where to find and operate amenities but communicate core rules. Here is an outline of topics and information I include in my Guest Guidebook. Welcome letterTell your guests a little about yourself and your space! The Airbnb Guest Guidebook‐ yay or nay?

It’s a lot of work putting together resources for your guests. I started out leaving a printed copy of my house manual and

Airbnb Guidebook for guests but then realized there was so much more info I could provide. I am a warrior and

cheerleader of all things Tampa, so why not share “insider” info with my guests.

My little ring of knowledge (insert pic here of lone binder ring) soon grew to a 4 inch full‐fledged binder complete with

tabbed sections for ease of browsing. I start out with a pretty cover page of my AirBnb Logo and welcome letter from my

house manual. Even though it’s hard to not come across as having “too many rules” as one guest put it(insert sad face

here As a host it’s my responsibility to communicate rules effectively, even if it’s just leaving them in the Casita. I want

my guests to enjoy their stay but it’s also import to be on the same page letting guest know not only where to find and

operate amenities but communicate core rules.

Here is an outline of topics and information I include in my Guest Guidebook.

Food Delivery and Menus‐ UberEats, Bite Squad, Amazon Restaurants all offer referral bonus’ so I also

include a plastic card holder with this info on the counter. My bonus credits have add up!

Local AAA offices have brochures (some with coupons) for local attractions. These are a great resource
