SALES CLAUSES:

1. The above price is FOB Qingdao Port China price and it is valid up to 31th,December,2012

2. Quality Guarantee: The guarantee period for equipment is one year, excluding the spare and

wear parts. During this period, as to the problems occurring in product making, the seller makes

sure to resolve them for free of charge

3. Installation and Debugging: The seller can provide foundation drawing and operating instruction

for installation. If the buyer requires, the seller send the engineer to guide to install the machine,

take trial run, the buyer should prepare the materials needed. The actual expenses incurred for

accommodation, to and fro travel for the engineer, insurance, and labor charge should be borne

by the buyer. The labor charge for the engineer is US$40 per day.

4. This is an automatic production line, so you can choose the machines that meet your demand .

5. The whole plant includes： jaw crusher ,bucket elevator, silo, feeder, main frame, bag filter,

electric control panel, motors and pipings.

6. Terms of Payment: 30% as advance payment by T/T, 70% should be paid before goods leave

seller's factory by irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T.

7. Time of Delivery: about 30 days after receipt of the advance payment.

8. The machine is to be used for processing dry powder, so the moisture of the raw material should

be about 8%.

9. There is a bag filter for this grinder; it can reach the national standards of environmental

protection.

10. The whole set of TGM100 needs one 40ft HQ and another one 20ft GP for impulse bag filter if you

need it.

Working Principle of TGM Mill

Large materials are crushed by Jaw crusher to the needed sizes firstly, then the materials are

elevated to storage hopper by bucket elevator, third, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber

for grinding by vibrating feeder equably and continuously. The powder after grinding goes upwards

together with the airflow, after separating by powder separator, those which can meet the fineness

requirement enters into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then

discharged from the discharge valve as final products. The airflow is sucked into centrifugal blower

through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone powder collector. The mainframe is driven by

the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper

part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed.

Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between

rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers

are turning, thus powder is made
