Analysis of water samples with capillary electrophoresis

Separation conditions for all the analysis of anions in water samples from A-F sampling sites are as the

following: fused slica capillary: 48.5 cm x 50 µM I.D, 40 cm effective length; voltage 30 kV(negative);

pH 7.7 buffer solution: 0.75 mM hexamethonium hydroxide, 6.5 mM NaOH, 2.25 mM Pyrolmellitic acid,

and 1.60 mM Triethanol amine. Indirect UV detection method, 350 nm inverted, 245 nm reference signal.

50 mbar hydrodynamic injection.
