05. Performance Guarantee : You will have to submit performance guarantee of Rs.23,070.00 (Rs. Twenty three thousand seventy only), within thirty days from the date of issue of acceptance letter but before signing of contract agreement in any of the form mentioned in tender terms and conditions valid up to stipulated completion period plus 60 days.
06. Security Deposit of Work : Security Deposit of work is Rs.23,070.00 (Rs. Twenty three thousand seventy only). In this connection it is to inform you that, amount of SD will be recovered from your running bills @ 10% of the bill amount till the full security deposit is recovered. Page 2 of 3 07. Completion Period :- The completion period of the work is 24 months, to be counted from sixty days (60 days) from the date of issue of acceptance letter or when the contractor states in writing that he is ready to commence the work, whichever is earlier. This is a service contract and contractor is responsible to provide services on each and every working day. Time is the essence of this contract, the tender may be terminated if any break of service or any short coming in service or delay in repair, maintenance work.
08. Agreement: - You will have to execute an agreement with Railway Administrations for fulfillment of above mentioned terms and conditions as well as general, special and standard terms and conditions of contract applicable on West Central Railway within thirty days from the date of issue of acceptance letter after submitting performance guarantee.
09. All the terms and conditions and schedule of work will remain same and applicable as specified by Railway in the tender document.
10. Acknowledge of acceptance letter :- The acceptance letter of this letter will be an unequivocal contract agreement between you and Railway till such time the formal contract agreement is signed. Please sign each and
every page of this Acceptance letter and return one copy to this office in token of your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of tender and as mentioned above within three days of receipt of this letter.
You are therefore requested to submit Performance Guarantee at the earliest and execute the Contract Agreement with Railways to avoid any delay in starting the work. Thanking you,

6. Security deposit of work: Security deposit of work is `2180 (` Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty Only). In this connection it is to inform you that as per terms and conditions of the tender, your Earnest Money submitted along with your offer will be retained towards security deposit of work and balance amount of SD will be recovered from your running bills @ 10% of the bill amount till the full security deposit is recovered.
7. Completion period: The successful te
nderer is required to complete the contract work within 3 months to be counted from 30 days from the date of issue of acceptance letter or when the contractor states in writing that he is ready to commence the work ,whichever is earlier.
8. Agreement: - You will have to execute an agreement with Railway Administrations for fulfillment of above mentioned terms and conditions as well as standard terms and conditions of contract applicable on West Central Railway within thirty days from the date of issue of acceptance letter after submitting performance guarantee.
9. All the terms & conditions and schedule of work will remain same as specified by the Railway in the Tender documents.
10. Your rates are accepted all inclusive, therefore now you are solely responsible in respect of service tax. Railway will not accept any claim in respect of service tax against this contract. This may please be noted.
11. Acknowledge of acceptance letter: The acceptance of this letter will be an unequivocal contract agreement between you and Railway till such time the formal contract agreement is signed. hundred nine only). ( Inclusive of all taxes)
4. Unit Rate: Rs.1,87,342.41/- (Rs. One lakh eighty seven thousand three hundred forty two and paise forty one only) (Inclusive all taxes) per month.
5. Performance Guarantee: You will have to submit performance guarantee of Rs. 1,12,410 (Rs.One lakh twelve thousand four hundred ten only), within thirty days from the date of issue of acceptance letter but before signing of contract agreement in any of the form mentioned in tender terms and conditions, valid up to stipulated completion period plus 60 days.
6. Security deposit of work: Security deposit of work is Rs. 1,12,410 (Rs.One lakh twelve thousand four hundred ten only). In this connection it is to inform you that as per terms and conditions of the tender, your Earnest Money submitted along with your offer will be retained towards security deposit of work and balance amount of SD will be recovered from your running bills @ 10% of the bill amount till the full security deposit is recovered.

7. 9. All the terms & conditions and schedule of work will remain same as specified by the Railway in the Tender documents.
10. Employees Provident Fund considered @ 13.61% on total wages in published value of contract, however as per the revised guideline issued by EPF department the rates of Administrative charges reduced from 1.10% to 0.85%, which may reflect to a minor variation in contract value, you have to ensure compliance of EPF rules, during currency of contract. The variation in respect of EPF cost will be deducted from the final bill, this may please be noted.
11. Acknowledge of acceptance letter: The acceptance of this letter will be an unequivocal contract agreement between you and Railway till such time the formal contract agreement is signed. Please sign each and every page of this Acceptance letter and return one copy to this office in token of your acceptance of all the terms & conditions as mentioned above within three days of receipt of this letter.
