• Organized the exhibition: Architecture As Art-ArchitecturalDrawings from the D. O. Whilldin Collection at BirminghamPublic Library Archives, November 4-December 28.

• Released and celebrated the publication of Hand DownUnharmed-Olmsted Files on Birmingham Parks, 1920-1925

• Completed a mapping and photographic study of theoriginal (1929) roads and bridges of Mountain Brook

• Developed a Preliminary Plan for the nomination ofBethel Baptist Church and 16th Street Baptist Churchas internationally significant World Heritage Sites

• Documented Birmingham schools slated for closing

• Developed future driving and walking tours toBirmingham Civil Rights sites including theBirmingham Civil Rights Institute and city centerchurches and march routes, Bethel Baptist Church andCollegeville, Dynamite Hill and Graymont School, andthe Birmingham Jail.

• Conducted Downtown Discovery Tours for school children

• Hosted the annual Heritage Society party at a distinguished residence

• Continued to grow our kitchen, medicinal herb andvegetable gardens at Sloss Quarters
