Evaluation Planning

Evaluations are important to adequately measure what is working and what is not working. These evaluations usually come in the form of assessments and surveys. I know our campus uses the STaR Chart to monitor our technology needs. All of our teachers are required to complete the Star Chart so that we can get a good idea of where we stand as a campus. Administrators also use the PDAS evaluation system to make certain teachers are incorporating technology in the classroom. The campus technology committee creates its own survey to gauge teacher attitudes regarding technology resources. Once the results are collected and reviewed, the technology committee meets and decides what kind of staff development is needed to assist our educational leaders and campus as a whole.
