2. *ny act of indiscipline / misconduct / theft / pilfera+e on the part of any employee

e ie-ed seriously and N*B*RD -ill hae the ri+ht to claim dama+es or ley

-or)s. 'he fees and other statutory char+es, if any, -ill e reimursed to the

2C. 'he 9ontract can e terminated y N*B*RD on !: days notice if serices are

found to e unsatisfactory and if there is no improement een after issue of three
