Dear Guest, please read the following instructions carefully for a swift booking!

On Saturday 28th July 2018 Maestro Andrea Bocelli is performing at Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico. The program of this year’s edition is ‘Andrea Chenier’ by Giordano, opera (see details at page nr 12).

For your participation to this event, the tour operator Arianna & Friends arranged several packages with tickets to the event, accommodation close to the venue, transfer to and from Lajatico on private bus and professional assistance at the parking areas on the night of the event. Tickets are not available for individual sale. Tickets are available only as part of our packages. We can arrange your package with tickets or without tickets to the event: you can buy your tickets from any other provider and refer to us for accommodation, transfers and services only. In this document you will find a description of our packages, a scheme of the admission fees to the arena, a booking form, an ‘informed purchase’ agreement and an authorization of charge to credit card.

HOW TO BOOK OUR PACKAGES WITH OR WITHOUT TICKETS + ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES

In order for you to arrange your trip to Lajatico at Teatro del Silenzio with Andrea Bocelli on Saturday 28th July 2018, simply follow our 5 steps: 1. Select your favourite package and any extras you would like to add; 2. Study the seating chart of Teatro del Silenzio and select your favourite tickets; 3. In the booking form, fill in the gaps of your contact information, your preferred tickets (optional: you can buy your tickets from any other provider), the number of package you prefer, the number of people in your party, the dates of your arrival and departure and the total amount of your package. You can also select the option of a private airport transfer in the package. Please, note that a 1% surcharge for transaction fees applies. 4. In the booking form, fill in the table of the authorization of charge with a valid credit card number, adding the expiry date of the card and the name and signature of the card holder. Please, note that payments can be processed by credit card only. Please also read and sign the ‘informed purchase’ letter referring to the content of the performance and terms and conditions as well as cancellation policy. 5. Accommodation in a stylish boutique hotel in the small village of Montaione, built on the former city walls and constisting of 40 en-site bedrooms of several categories. All units are equipped with aircon and wifi and the position is particularly panoramic. The 16

2018 event at Teatro del Silenzio with Andrea Bocelli - Informed purchase

Before proceeding with purchasing any offer in object in the present booking form, please confirm that you are fully aware that: - The tour operator Arianna & Friends issuing this contract is not part of the concert organization and is not responsible for the decisions of the production on how and when to announce the event program. The tour operator is also not responbile for the contents of the event and for the outcome of the performance. - The tour operator Arianna & Friends arranges logistic services before and after the performance only. No operator of Arianna & Friends is allowed inside the arena and is responsible of any event occurring inside the Teatro del Silenzio. - The tour operator Arianna & Friends arranges transfer services by minibuses, buses and vans, to and from the apposite parking areas , where guests will meet members of the tour operator to give assistance and information. - From the parking area to the concert venue guests will need to walk. With executive concert tickets (category A) guests will have to walk only 5 minutes up to the gates. With concert tickets of the other categories (B,C,D) guests will have to walk 10-15 minutes up to the gates and the road is slightly up and down. For this, we don’t suggest to buy B,C,D category tickets if you have walking difficulties. - The program of the event at Teatro del Silenzio with Andrea Bocelli is not a solo-concert. - the program for 2018 as per the concert organization’s announcement is: ‘An absolute preview – with some last minute confirmation to be announced, given the complexity of the very ambitious project - we have the pleasure to announce that the 13thedition will be dedicated to the representation of the opera "ANDREA CHÉNIER" by Umberto Giordano. Andrea Bocelli returns to his greatest passion, proposing the opera to which he is most emotionally attached: the first opera that he heard and learned in his life, the most loved one, the one from which he sang and recorded his first aria at the age of eight, that is recorded and still listenable today.’ - The program could be entirely opera, performed in a language that you are not familiar with. - In the event that the program does not meet your taste, you will not be entitled to change, replace or get refund for the tickets you purchased. - In case you cancel the trip because the program does not meet your taste, our penalty as a cancellation fee will apply according to the cancellation policy of this travel contract. Payment procedures and cancellation policy

ADVANCED PAYMENT FOR BOOKING In order to finalize booking an advanced payment is due to the Tour Operator Arianna & Friends. The advanced payment is 100% of the total amount. A surcharge of 1% applies for transaction fees. VOUCHER OF CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING Once the payment is processed, our operators issue a voucher including all information of booking, contact information of the hotel and any necessary instruction. The voucher will be sent per email. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE OUR FINAL CONFIRMATION IN WRITING or THROUGH THE PRE-VOUCHER. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation by travelers, they are requested to contact the agency via fax or e-mail immediately. If concert tickets are cancelled by the traveler there will be no refund. If the accommodation package is cancelled by the traveler, a cancellation policy will apply. In the table below you can find the percentage related to the entire amount that will be retained depending on the number of days preceding your arrival date.

In case of cancellation by the organization of the event, the tour operator is not responsible for the refund of tickets. The traveler is requested to contact the concert organization company. The tour operator is only responsible for the refund of the accommodation package/transfer. PRIVACY POLICY The tour operator and travel agency Arianna & Friends Srl (here define as the T.O.) through the websites Ariannandfriends.com and Lamiatoscana.info complies with the obligations under the 2003 Italian Data Protection Act (Decreto Legislativo n.196/03). Additionally, the T.O. understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the information stored about the traveler while using the sites. Contacts and other personal data the traveler supplies are stored by the T.O. and will be used to provide the travelers with the information they have requested. The collected information may be used by the staff the T.O. to keep the traveler updated about its newest activities and events. The T.O. will never wilfully disclose individually identifiable information about any traveler to any party without first receiving permission from that person.
