TEAS V Exam proctored by Graceland School of Nursing
Below are exam dates for students applying for June 2018 start date.
Signing up to take the TEAS exam is part of completing the application process, even if the actual exam is taken after the application due date.
We accept a previous TEAS V Exam score if taken December 1, 2016 or more recently.
The MINIMUM Adjusted Individual Total Graceland will consider is 58.7%. Higher scores are preferred.
The TEAS transcript is the Adjusted Individual Total (vertical) page with scores in each testing section.
If you applied directly to Graceland Nursing, there are 3 options to submit your TEAS transcript:
If you took the TEAS at Graceland, I have access your TEAS transcript for your file.
1. Go to your ATI account and email the TEAS transcript (FREE) to [email protected]
2. Ask the school where you took the TEAS, if they will email transcript to [email protected]
3. Contact ATI to request the TEAS transcript (PAY $27.00), emailed to [email protected]
If you applied through NursingCAS, then upload your TEAS transcript to your account.
It is the responsibility of the each student to understand the Graceland nursing requirements and verify their own eligibility, before paying to take the exam.
