TEAM BUILDING ASIA’S PROCESS EXPLAINED

An Account Director will work with you on a Needs Assessment to understand your Team Building requirements. Once we receive confirmation from you, a Producer will perform extensive Pre-Event Research with the key stakeholders to ensure that your Team Building goals are properly identified, targeted and prioritised. On The Day Excellence. We match our staff to the goals and requirements of the client in order to bring you the highest standard of event facilitation. We provide Rapid Event Feedback to help you measure the effectiveness of their events within 10 days. We deliver long term, post-event follow up and support to serve your Evolving Needs.

DELIVERY REVIEW OPTIONS

On the day of delivery we use A6 cards to stimulate a Verbal Debrief within the teams to discuss the outcomes of the activities. Each activity has a Full Debrief on the day of delivery. Findings are documented, transcribed and then sent back to the client within two weeks. A Personal Development Journal is sent to the participants after the day, this can be used for three month and six month follow-ups to encourage and validate participant commitment and accountability.
