1. A survey: a) Food and drink: Do you - eat big breakfast? - eat meat every day? - often go to a restaurant? - often drink energy drinks?

b) Last weekend: Did you - go on a trip? - play any sports? - read something? - go shopping?

d) Next week:Are you going to- get up late?- visit your friends?- help your parents in the garden?- travel somewhere?

2. Tázací dovětky – příklady:

Be: I´m late, aren´t I? She isn´t angry, is she?

Do: You like this English course, don´t you? They don´t listen to rock music, do they?

Does: A teacher works hard, doesn´t he/she? The computer in the staff room doesn´t work, does it?

Did:

You didn´t damage this computer, did you?

She left her car in front of the school, didn´t she?

Can:

You can cook very well, can´t you?

They can´t come today, can they?

Will:

You will help me with the homework, won´t you?

You won´t eat all the cake, will you?

3. Tázací dovětky - přehled:

1. používáme tehdy, když chceme získat ujištění o správnosti obsahu věty - "že ano"?

2. Kladná věta = záporný dovětek, záporná věta = kladný dovětek.

3. Pokud věta obsahuje pomocné sloveso, je toto sloveso obsaženo také

v dovětku: She can run fast can´t she?

4. Pokud hlavní věta neobsahuje pomocné sloveso, používáme

DO/DOES/DON´T/DOESN´T pro čas přítomný: They like school, don´t they?

DID/DIDN´T pro čas minulý: He went home, didn´t he?

5. Když je podmětem věty hlavní jméno, v tázacím dovětku je nahrazeno zájmenem: Jane bought a new T-shirt, didn´t she?

6. Tázací dovětky se většinou čtou s klesavou intonací.
