Architecture Department, IT Process Engineering and Design 2008-2010Designed the SPE IT enterprise-wide policy program as part of an overall IT Governance vision. Included strategy for enterprise-wide adoption, implementation, and support. Designed and documented governing SPE IT Documentation Policies, approval and publication processes, review

policy, process and documentation style procedures, and policy writing guides. Resulted in the implementation of the SPE IT Change Management policy and measurements to monitor enterprise-wide adoption and ultimately worldwide implementation.

This four-year undertaking led to the design and implementation of the first IT Policy and Procedures program establishing IT Governance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Remediation policy enforcement, with measures for the entire organization.
