WORK PROCEDURE

In agreement with the customer also can be performed work oh the

internal cleaning and degassing of the station piping


EQUIPMENT

For works at petrol filling stations we use tank cleaning complex

Complex equipment is mounted inside a standard 20F container

For complete mobility the container could be mounted on a truck and

equipment may be used from the truck without the unloading the container

Total power of equipment is 77kW

Total dry weight of container is 6,6 t

Total weight of container filled with water is 12,8 t

If necessary, the amount of water can be reduced in order to minimize the

overall weight of the complex without having an effect on the tank cleaning

quality


TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME

Internal washing will be carried out simultaneously by using a closed loop

technology, the nozzle, and the suction pumps

For internal washing we use fire water and, if necessary the industrial grade

detergent

The cleaning unit has the electrical water heaters which allow to heat water

up to +90 C and to use hot water for washing

In agreement with the customer also can be performed works of the internal

cleaning and degassing of the station piping

Degassing process is included into cleaning process and is a compulsory

part of all cleaning process

Degassing begins at the same time with the start of jet nozzle washing cycle

(while pumping out hydrocarbon residue), continued during forced ventilation

and will be finished on drying stage.

WORK SCHEDULE

Work can be done in two modes:

with interruption of the station and without interruption

In the case of interruption, the station is closed and works are executed on all

tanks at the same time. It allows reducing the total work time.

In the case of non interruption, works can be done only on one tank and other

tanks are in use. It allows reducing commercial losses due station interruption

Average time required for cleaning, degassing,drying and preparing for visual

inspection one tank is about 1..2 hours

This schedule does not include the time required for dismantling and back

installation of the tank manholes, which can be different in depending on the

condition of manholes and the degree of corrosion on fasteners
