2002, WORLD CUP in Japan

We helped an offcial Irish travel partner with 2000 guests, with accomodation, transfers, game tickets and other VIP-services during the whole tournament

2004, Portugal, EURO

We had 2000 Swedish guests and offcials from the Latvian Federation with 5000 people covering all from camping to 5 star accomodation and VIP- services.

2006, WORLD CUP

In Germany, TAILOR EVENTS had approx 5000 people on the Sweden vs Paraguay game. The biggest ever move of Swedish fans to a tournament at that time.

2010, WORLD CUP

We had approx 500 people in groups all over South Africa including all kind of VIP arrangements. In the groups there were also high eminent guests from African gouvernements.

TAILOR EVENTS had approximately 3000 guests to each tournament, we organized package tours that included: • Private chartered flights, from Stockholm (return flights). • Private transfers from the airport to the hotel and to other activities. • Accomodation at 4 & 5 star hotel. • Pregame before the games with Swedish football profiles, food and drinks. • Game tickets to the Swedish games. • Private booked night clubs with after parties after the games. • TAILOR EVENTS concierge and hostes during the whole period that helped with all kinds of bookings and issue.

In Rio, we had 300 VIP only packages as the complex product with brazilian logistics.

UEFA Euro 2012

During the UEFA Euro 2012 in Kiev we organized the ultimate football experience for over 2000 customers. With private chartered planes, accomodation at 4 star hotels, private restaurant bookings and uploading by famous football profiles before the games and category 1 tickets. We had our 24 hour Concierge Service at location throughout the the whole journey to always be available regardless of whether it involved questions about where the nearest McDonalds where located or if our customers wanted to enter the Buddah Bar. We answer questions and provide them Anytime - Anywhere.

TAILOR EVENTS are offcial partners with the UFC. We arrange and are responsible for sales of all official VIP / Hospitality and tour packages to all the UFC galas in Europe. We also arrange any additional events included in these packages as offcial pre and after parties. In February, the worlds second largest UFC gala ever was arranged on Tele 2 Arena in Stockholm, where TAILOR EVENTS broke records in the VIP / Hospitality number with over 1500 customers. UFC 1200 vip packages in one event turn over approx. 750.000.

THE ULTIMATE DUBAI EXPERIENCE

For a well-known gaming company we organized a trip for 30 people to Dubai. An adventure they will never forget. With activities such as skiing at the indoor facility Ski Dubai, desert safari with sunset Champagne and BBQ dinner, surfing, yacht cruise and a visit to Wadi Adventure Park. Simply the ultimate Dubai experience. Nothing is too big or too small for us! We are a small company with a huge heart!

TAILORED CONFERENCE TRIP TO ÅRE

For a management consulting company, we organized a 3 day conference trip to Åre with accommodation in a private large chalet right on the slopes of Åre. We organized a private chef who cooked the food directly on the spot in the cottage kitchen. The three day conference was alternated with fantastic skiing and private ski guides, snowmobile tours and excursion to Fäviken with a tasting menu dinner. A different but very effective and rewarding conference when activities and relaxation were interspersed with workshops.

A CLASSIC NEW YORK CITY WEEKEND

With accommodation in a typical NYC design hotel our customer had access to the most central parts of New York. We arranged a cooking class together with the famous chef Marcus Samuelsson, we watched an NBA game at Madison Square Garden and experienced NYC from above with a helicopter ride over Manhattan.
